Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipping processing, production and delivery time 

All orders are processed within 1 business day. This does not mean you will receive your delivery in this timeframe.


Many of our products are custom made to order.  Most orders are received, your garment is printed and sewn within 5 days, but sometimes it takes a bit longer.  Then, we ship your beautifully made new garment.  Shipping times vary, but generally take 5-7 business days.  We take every measure to make sure this process is smooth, easy and as fast as possible.  We really do, but please be patient.  We source our materials from the best sources we can find and do our best to produce the highest quality products so we can be sure you get what you deserve!  And sometimes that can take time!


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates

We offer Free Shipping on all orders!


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses 

UpRoute.Life ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.



UpRoute.Life is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Don’t worry!  This helps protect us from fraud.  If you don’t receive your order or something is wrong with it, we’ll get you a replacement, likely free of charge.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
